a little update
school has started once again. its been one week of lessons. are you feeling the heat yet? its my final semester and already im not looking forward to the ending of it. truthfully, i hold mixed feelings about my last semester. at the forefront of my mind is the big question of 'how did 4 years pass so damn quickly?!'. lolx.
really. while i look forward to the departure of term tests and final exams and its endless mugging, im not too enthusiastic about venturing out into the working world. maybe its because i already know my future, at least for the next four years, and while i dont regret my decision about it, i sometimes do wish it were different. heh. but oh well.. not like theres much i can do about it..
like they say (this brings to mind.. whos the 'they' everyone seem to always refer to? hmmm...), the grass is always greener on the other side of the fence. students always think working is better and vice versa. ill just have to find out. :)
on to better news. grad trip! or better known as the extended holiday after graduating and before starting work! where should i go? what should i plan? who to go with? had a little discussion with a couple of friends on the bus. i commented that im reluctant to stay in backpackers hostels and the likes for my grad trip. and just for fun, i said i wanted to stay in five-star hotels. lolx! hahahah.. after some 'persuasion' from the friends, i lowered my standards to at least a starred hotel. lolx.. while it was said tongue in cheek, i really dont wish to share a room with a communal bathroom and lie under a bed with a fan above me threatening to fall down. so guess itll be budget hotels to compromise, no? i was also toying with the idea of visiting boutique hotels around the world. or at least the places i visit. hehe. how about that? lolx.
so my plans.. i have only thrashed about some ideas in my head. mainly either touring either europe or north america continents for the whole 2 months, assuming i get 2 months of break after graduating, or immersing myself in the culture and life of japan. -grin- that is one very enticing plan. heh. of course. not forgetting the odd trip to hong kong and taiwan for more shopping pleasures besides japan. lolx!
oh well.. its late. enough rambling for me..
